Rental Conditions  
Both parties agree that the contract formed is not binding for the owners, until after full payment of the rental fee and the deposit by the payment deadline. The reservation comes into effect once the deposit has been paid and cashed and the contract has been signed by the owners. 

Description of the Gite : 

Capacity: 4-8 people (including a toddler) 
Kitchen: equipped with a fridge / freezer, gas cooker with four rings and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and various other appliances. 

Dining room/ Lounge: TV with TNT, DVD, Wood stove, 2 seater sofa bed. 

Utility room: Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, steam iron. 
Bathroom: shower, bath, washbasin, hairdryer with separate WC 
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, 1mattress for a baby 

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 
Other beds available: A baby cot, 1 single bed  

Garden: 300m ² with benches and decking 
Private parking 

Outside: BBQ, garden furniture (chairs, table, parasol), 3 Deckchairs, 1 Lounger. 

The rental prices are quoted in Euros per week and vary according to season and availability. The property is furnished and fully equipped. 


A deposit of € 500 is required when booking the Gite. The deposit will be returned, less any charges made for replacements or damage caused, no later than one month after the departure. 
In case of non payment of the deposit, you run the risk of not being allowed access to the property and this will be considered as a cancellation. 

Arrival and departure: 

Arrival must be between 4.00 p.m and 6.00 p.m on the first day of the rental and departure must be before 10.00 am on the last day unless prior arrangement has been made with the owners when making the reservation, indicated on the reservation form. 
If these hours are inconvenient and difficult for you, please let us know when booking, we will try to find a solution. 
On arrival, you will be asked to submit your reservation form and ID. 
If your arrival is delayed, you must advise the owners so that the necessary arrangements can be made for you to have access to the property. 
Occupancy and tenancy commitments: 

The rental period cannot be extended without the express written consent of the owner. 
Only the specified number of people can occupy the Gite. This is the equivalent to the number of beds, (a double bed is for two people maximum) 

The tenant agrees: 

Not to bring more people than agreed without the permission of the owner. 
Not to bring pets 
Not to sublet the property. 
To be quiet and peaceful 
To insure themselves against risks such as theft, fire, water damage. A liability insurance certificate is required from your home insurance company; it is usually free of charge. 
To occupy the premises in "good faith", to carry out normal maintenance and restore the house to a perfect state of cleanliness. 
Not to smoke inside the house. 
Not to use the beds without the relevant linen. 

The Gite is equipped with a septic tank, therefore the tenant agrees not to throw down the toilet; tampons, sanitary towels, cotton wool, paper handkerchieves, cigarette butts, condoms ... any damage to the septic tank will be covered by the deposit. 

The tenant agrees to check the inventory within 24 hours of their arrival and to book an appointment with the owner or their agent at least 48 hours before departure so that an inventory can be carried out on the day of departure at an agreed time. Otherwise, the tenant declares not to dispute the charges relating to damage caused, even for pre-existing damage. Any damage must be reported to the owner or his representative within 24 hours of its occurrence. The tenant cannot repair or replace the damaged object without the consent of the owner or his agent. The tenant agrees to pay the total amount of replacing all articles of furniture and / or items, which are broken, cracked, chipped or damaged during his occupancy. Any damage to bedding, paint, floors, ceilings, windows and garden equipment are included and have to be paid for. If the total cost of the damage is found to exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to make up the difference. 

Pets are not allowed in the property, except with the agreement of the owner. 


 The tenant agrees to allow access to the leased premises for any reason whatsoever, during the rental period. 
The tenant agrees to lock the Gite when going out even if it is for a very short length of time. Otherwise, any consequences will be attributed to them.. 
 The tenant should be aware of the fire risk and should not light a fire or barbecue without the owner's permission. For the BBQ on the terrace, it is mandatory to use only charcoal (not provided by the owner.) 
 The tenant agrees to comply with the precautions when using the fireplace (the door must be closed to avoid the risk of burns, fire or damage). 
Cleaning : 

The property is fully cleaned before the start of the rental period. When you leave, you must leave it in a clean condition, at least to the same standard as when you took over the lease. If applicable, the owner or his representative shall be entitled to deduct from the deposit the cost of cleaning the Gite 
If the Gite is left in such a state of uncleanliness, that normal cleaning is not sufficient, then the owner will take the necessary measures to remedy the situation and all the extra costs of cleaning will be taken off the deposit. 
If you do not wish to do the final cleaning, you can pay the final cleaning fee. 
Cleaning fee: 40 € 
Linen is not included in the rental of the GIte. 
We recommend that you provide sheets and hand, bath, beach and tea towels. 
 Nevertheless, some items may be provided at the following rates: 
1 set of sheets (single or double): € 5 for the week 
1 hand towel 2 € for the week 
1 tea towel 2 € for the week 

 The booking of the accommodation is conditional on you being insured with a well-known insurance company against the risks of theft, fire and water damage and it should also cover the fixtures and fitting in the Gite as well as any claims made by neighbours. 
Moreover, the people with you should be properly covered by liability insurance. 
By signing the booking form, you certify that you are covered by such insurance. This certificate must be provided to us when paying the deposit otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. 
Modification or cancellation by the owner 
In the event that we have to make a change or cancel the rental, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will refund in full all monies paid and then would be released from any further liability. 
Cancellation by you: 
Any cancellation by you, for any reason whatsoever, must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the written notification is received by us. 
If you cancel your stay, the entire deposit will be forfeit and becomes the property of the owner of the Gite. 
In case of early departure from the rental property, whatever the reason, you will not be entitled to a reduction in the cost of the rental. 
In the case of force majeure (circumstances beyond your control), as regards this contract, the tenant expressly disclaims any liability and undertakes not to claim any compensation of any kind from the owner. 
In case of default by the tenant of one or more clauses listed above and after non-compliance with warnings, this lease will be terminated automatically and the tenant may be evicted by a simple injunction.
